Nivea Creme Care Soap Review

Skin type: Normal to dry

Hi there,

A while back, I had reviewed the Nivea Creme Soft Soap, which is quite a popular offering from the house of Nivea. And today, I am reviewing another such product, that is the Nivea Creme Care Soap. So if you wish to know my detailed review on this one, please keep on reading. Let’s begin!

What The Brand Claims: Nivea Creme Care Soap has the unique scent of the original Nivea Creme. Indulge yourself in our care bar soap with Pro Vitamin and oils. It cares for your skin leaving it soft & mildly scented.

Packaging: The product comes in a blue colored cardboard box with white lettering. As you open the box, you can find the soap wrapped inside a thin plastic cover. All the details such as price, net weight of the product, date of manufacturing, use-before date and ingredient list are clearly mentioned. Overall, the packaging is beautiful, hygienic as well as travel friendly.

Ingredient List:

My Experience With The Product: Nivea Creme Care Soap is white in color and is really smooth to touch. It produces a rich creamy lather when comes in contact with water. It effectively cleanses the skin and leaves it clean, soft and refreshed. It is really moisturizing and never makes the skin dry or stretchy, which is great. In addition, it is really gentle on the skin and has never broke me out or caused any skin irritation. I would also like to mention here that this is a grade 1 soap that contains 78% TFM (Total Fatty Matter), which is an indication of its good quality.

Rinsing off the product is also quick and fuss-free as it comes off without leaving behind any residue or greasiness. The product goes a long way and has a mild fragrance that I really like. I feel this would best suit those with combination to dry skin and would especially be a boon for the winter season. The product comes in 2 different sizes and can be easily found online as well as in stores.

Comparison With Creme Soft Soap: As you must be knowing, Nivea has 2 soap variants. One is the Creme Soft Soap, which comes in a white packaging, and the other is the Creme Care Soap, which comes in the blue packaging and is the one I am currently reviewing. Apart from the fact that the white one contains Sweet Almond Oil and the blue one doesn’t, I did not find any major difference between the two. The texture as well as the cleansing ability is just the same. In fact, even their fragrances are similar and theses are priced identically too!
